CarbonSeed is an independent project development and brokerage platform focused on Latin America. We sit between landowners, indigenous and local communities, technical partners, and institutional buyers who need credible decarbonization at scale.
Our team blends on-the-ground understanding of land and communities with a clear view of what today's buyers, auditors, and risk committees expect from high-integrity carbon credits.

We help families, local communities, and indigenous territories evaluate whether carbon is a good fit, design projects around real conservation or restoration needs, and protect long-term ownership and governance.
For buyers & financiers
We curate projects with clear baselines, conservative assumptions, and transparent documentation—so procurement, risk, and sustainability teams can understand exactly what they are buying and why it matters.
How we work
- Trust-first structure. We would rather slow down a deal than compromise on baseline quality, community agreements, or legal protections.
- Transparent documentation. We keep project data rooms, MRV plans, and commercial terms clear enough to withstand internal and external scrutiny.
- Long-term alignment. We want landowners, communities, and buyers to be comfortable working together over the full crediting period—not just at first issuance.
Where we focus
Our initial focus is on Latin America, with priority ecosystems such as páramos, highland watersheds, and tropical forests where climate resilience and water security overlap. Over time, we expect to expand into additional landscapes where nature-based solutions can deliver durable climate and community outcomes.
